I recently sold my rural acreage with a barndominium home near Huntsville TX, using Bonita Botard as my agent. I could not have been any happier with the professional service, and personal attention that she provided!! Bonita went above and beyond everything that we agreed on during the listing agreement. There was never a question, a text message or phone call that went unanswered!! Prompt, polite, and very personable to say the least! Bonita kept me informed of every inquiry and every showing. Her marketing and advertising the property was over the top and beyond my expectation!! She believes in the philosophy of you need to spend money to make money with her marketing and advertising!!
