Michael Dryden

Michael Dryden is a licensed REALTOR® in one of the five largest real estate markets in the United States, the Dallas/Fort Worth MetroPlex. Since beginning his professional life as a broadcaster at age 14, he has been a leader in communications and marketing; a guest on nation radio and television programs including Good Morning America, The Today Show, Good Day Texas and CNN. An Air Force veteran with a background in mortgage servicing and retail, he has taught, mentored and managed marketing and sales professionals, including five years as the Senior Sales Trainer, then Manager of Broadcast Media Relations for a Fortune 500 company.

Today Michael uses his mastery of marking, mortgage financing, communications, advertising and consumer advocacy to assist buyers, sellers and investors in residential real estate in Tarrant County, Texas. Michael states his philosophy as "Common sense at the junction of common courtesy. I've met thousands of people who welcomed being helped. I never met anyone that liked to be 'sold'. I knew I was on the right track when a client told me, 'We talked to other agents but decided to work with you because you didn't push to sell us a house. You helped us buy our home.' It's a matter of asking the right questions to discover a client's needs, really listening to the answers and taking the right steps to meet those needs."

Michael's leadership in volunteer programs and partnerships between local government, non-profit organizations and businesses garnered recognition from the US Attorney General for his leadership in crime prevention programs.
