Amber Moran

Growing up in central Texas in a family of five kids, Amber didn't know she was developing valuable skills and gaining experience for her future career in real estate. "Being raised in a big family definitely gave me the ability to deal with multiple personality types at the same time," she laughs. "It also means that I treat my clients like family." She believes in straight talk, honesty, and good communication. "I work hard to educate my clients so they understand the process. Buying or selling a house is a huge, and often complicated deal," she says. "Every transaction is personal to me." Her passion for her clients' interests comes not only from her servant's heart, but from her own first-home buying experience that was "a disaster." She decided then, that she would make sure that people had a much better experience than she did.

For about 7 years, Amber worked at a local credit union on the mortgage lending side of real estate, which gives her a unique vantage point and expertise from which she helps her clients. "I have a different starting point. I know the ins and outs of mortgages and where the process can get caught up," she says. "I love helping clients navigate every part of the process. Finding the right property, or helping them sell, I never get tired of making them happy." She truly embraces her clients' real estate experience and strives to ensure a painless and smooth transaction.

Her clients appreciate her knowledge, and her spirit. "From the second I met Amber, I knew I was going to like her. Her exuberance and excitement about life is contagious. She operates at 10,000 mph with a huge smile on her face. Buying and selling a home at the same time can be crazy, but Amber had it under control. I knew that if I called or texted, she would get me the info I needed ASAP, or calm me down." Another client says, "She was an absolute joy to work with, from her professionalism to her incredibly open and thoughtful personality. I cannot recommend Amber enough." One of her greatest rewards is watching people start new chapters in their lives and being able to play a role in helping them accomplish their goals. "I am buckled in on the emotional roller coaster right there with them. We celebrate, cry, and laugh together. My clients become friends and feel like family. That's why I do this."

When she's not working, Amber enjoys her time with her husband and 2 young children. She can always be caught with family and friends in and around Wimberley, Austin, and the Texas hill country.
