Mary McBeth

As Co-founder/Principal of Village Properties, Mary McBeth offers an impressive resume to clients as a licensed Realtor, a Certified Negotiation Expert, and a Certified Public Accountant. She gained invaluable knowledge as both an accountant for real estate developers and a Forensic Accountant for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Mary has lived and worked both inside the Loop and Memorial. Passionate about preserving the historic nature of these iconic locales, she has lived in and restored numerous vintage homes.

Mary earned her B.S. in Accounting and graduated from the Forensic Accountant training program at the FBI academy in Quantico, VA. Focused on Investments now, Mary is happily retired and happy to refer past clients to fellow Realtors.

It has been an honor and privilege to serve the Houston community as a licensed Realtor since 1994.
