While providing full management, financial reporting and a variety of management services; In addition to being a licensed real estate broker since 1987 and a licensed salesperson since 1983, Nancy Garner is an accountant and has passed the CPA exam, although she does not have a Public Accounting Certificate, lacking a few hours of apprenticeship. The remainder of the staff includes accounting, maintenance and licensed real estate professionals. Nancy J. Garner is a member of the Victoria, Texas and National Association of Realtors and is a licensed Real Estate Broker for the State of Texas.
